Join Bakmi Akiu's dynamic team as a Staff PPIC and become the backbone of our F&B manufacturing operations. In this critical role, you'll orchestrate production workflows and inventory management to ensure seamless operations, cost efficiency, and uncompromising quality standards. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with production, procurement, and logistics teams to align output with demand forecasts while optimizing resource utilization. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production plans aligned with sales forecasts and inventory targets
- Monitor raw material inventory levels, trigger procurement orders, and maintain optimal stock levels
- Coordinate production schedules across multiple manufacturing lines to ensure timely output
- Analyze production KPIs and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure all products meet F&B safety and quality standards
- Generate regular reports on production performance, inventory turnover, and capacity utilization
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and implement FIFO/FEFO inventory control systems
- Facilitate communication between production, procurement, and logistics departments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC roles within F&B manufacturing
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and trends
- Knowledge of F&B industry standards, food safety protocols, and perishable goods handling
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with focus on continuous improvement methodologies
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
