- Source, negotiate, and procure goods and services to support manufacturing operations
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate vendor performance
- Conduct price negotiations to secure the best value for the company
- Create and manage purchase orders (PO) efficiently
- Ensure project needs are met in a timely manner
- Coordinate with various departments to understand procurement requirements
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience with procurement software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
