We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Staff Procurement specializing in EXIM (Export-Import) to join our team in Cikupa, Banten. This role is pivotal in managing our sourcing, cost calculation, and international trade activities, ensuring seamless procurement operations and supporting our growth.
As a Staff Procurement, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process from supplier identification to delivery, with a strong emphasis on import and export transactions. You will leverage your expertise in negotiation and ERP systems to optimize costs and maintain efficient supply chain practices. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, focusing on import and export transactions.
- Conduct cost calculations and analysis to ensure optimal pricing and budget adherence.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers in local and international markets.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to achieve favorable agreements.
- Utilize ERP systems to process purchase orders, track shipments, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate shipping, customs clearance, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor market trends and commodity prices to inform strategic sourcing decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, with exposure to EXIM documentation and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to perform cost analysis and market research.
- Proficient in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of customs regulations, import tariffs, and shipping documentation.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
