You will be responsible for developing comprehensive production schedules that align with market demand, ensuring seamless material flow from procurement to finished goods. By monitoring inventory levels and analyzing production data, you'll identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements that reduce costs while maintaining quality standards. - Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to optimize resource utilization and meet demand forecasts
- Monitor raw material inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to prevent stockouts
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and safety protocols
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to synchronize material flow
- Prepare regular production reports for management review

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production planning or inventory control
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory optimization techniques
