Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute promotional activities and on-ground brand activations.
- Engage directly with customers to introduce products and build brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotional campaigns to ensure KPI achievement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align promotional material with sales objectives.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on campaign performance and market feedback.
- Manage inventory and promotional tools required for daily operations.
- Maintain a professional brand image at all times during client interactions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and result-oriented individual.
- Able to work well both independently and in a team setting.
- Willing to work in the field (on-ground) as required by project needs.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in sales or promotion is a plus.
- Proficiency in using basic office software (MS Office) for reporting.
