In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our procurement processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with our company goals. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Staff Procurement to join our dynamic team.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
- Preparing and processing purchase orders (POs) and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Maintaining accurate records of all procurement activities and inventory levels.
- Collaborating with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.
- Resolving any issues related to delivery delays or product quality with vendors.
- Monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Assisting in the development of procurement strategies to improve efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Staff Procurement or Purchasing role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems or inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
