Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for manufacturing materials and logistics services
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure optimal pricing and delivery terms
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient stock management
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations
- Collaborate with logistics department to optimize transportation and distribution networks
- Prepare monthly procurement reports and performance analytics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or logistics within manufacturing sector
- Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP/CPIM) preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and forecast demand
