Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for goods and services supporting ongoing construction projects
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and quality standards
- Coordinate with project teams to understand operational requirements and align procurement strategies
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation including purchase orders, contracts, and vendor records
- Monitor inventory levels and lead times to prevent supply chain disruptions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities for materials and services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within manufacturing/construction
- Strong negotiation skills with proven vendor management experience
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently under pressure with multiple deadlines
