Tanggung Jawab
- Source and evaluate qualified suppliers for optimal cost-quality balance
- Manage procurement processes including RFQs, negotiations, and contract finalization
- Monitor inventory levels and implement just-in-time delivery systems
- Analyze market trends to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships for long-term partnerships
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and ethical standards
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless supply chain integration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with financial acumen
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
- Certification in procurement (CPSM or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with international supplier networks
