Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for textile raw materials and equipment
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and quality
- Oversee import documentation, customs clearance, and compliance procedures
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key vendors and partners
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities in purchasing
- Collaborate with production teams to align procurement schedules with manufacturing demands
- Monitor inventory levels and implement just-in-time delivery systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience in textile manufacturing
- Expertise in import/export regulations and international trade procedures
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record of vendor management
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven purchasing decisions
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for cross-border communications
