As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing materials, negotiating with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, and optimizing purchasing processes. The position requires at least one year of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes for raw materials and equipment
- Communicate and negotiate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers across Asia
- Analyze market trends and pricing data to optimize procurement decisions
- Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and supplier documentation
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain and develop relationships with key supplier partners
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend procurement adjustments
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement roles
- Native or fluent Mandarin language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and customs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
