Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for spare parts based on quality, price, and delivery time
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and initiate procurement when stock is low
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve the best value
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications
- Collaborate with the maintenance and production departments to understand spare parts requirements
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities for spare parts procurement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in manufacturing or logistics
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of spare parts inventory management systems
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
