Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for raw materials and operational supplies
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost-effectiveness, and delivery reliability
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to maximize value while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and emerging supplier trends
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and supplier performance metrics
- Collaborate with production and finance departments to align purchasing strategies with operational needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or logistics industry
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable supplier agreements
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Indonesian trade regulations and import/export procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities for supply chain optimization
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
