- Develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance plans for manufacturing processes
- Conduct systematic product testing at all production stages to identify defects

- Maintain detailed quality documentation and reporting systems
- Train production staff on quality standards and best practices
- Analyze quality metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of QA experience in manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies (ISO standards preferred)
- Proficiency in defect tracking systems and quality management software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong observational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork capabilities
- Experience in mentoring junior QA personnel
