Indonesia Bakery Family, a trusted leader in the Indonesian food and bakery manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff QA (Quality Assurance) to join our growing team in Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat.
In this essential role, you will be the primary driver of product registration through the E-REG RBA BPOM system, ensuring our beloved bakery products comply with all stringent national regulations before reaching the market. Your daily tasks will extend to monitoring production lines, performing rigorous quality checks on raw materials and finished goods, and collaborating with R&D and Production teams to foster a culture of excellence and food safety.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and manage the BPOM E-REG RBA system for accurate and timely product registrations.
- Conduct comprehensive quality assurance inspections across raw materials, production processes, and final products.
- Ensure strict implementation and maintenance of GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standards.
- Handle customer complaints and internal non-conformances through root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
- Maintain and update the Quality Management System documentation, including SOPs and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with BPOM officials and external certification bodies during audits and regulatory visits.
- Provide coaching and training to production team members on food safety and quality best practices.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance product consistency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or Pharmacy.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the food and beverage manufacturing industry.
- Proven hands-on experience with the BPOM E-REG / E-REG RBA online registration application is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian food regulations (BPOM), GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional analytical skills with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English preferred).
- Willing to work full-time and be based in Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat.
