Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with government regulations and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
- Lead safety training sessions and awareness programs for all employees to foster a proactive safety culture.
- Manage documentation for quality control audits, incident reporting, and environmental impact assessments.
- Analyze QHSE data to track performance indicators and recommend actionable improvements to management.
- Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure all safety equipment is maintained and accessible.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operational quality and safety integration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in QHSE or Quality Control roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian safety regulations (UU K3) and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, capable of influencing and training diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data reporting tools.
- Willingness to be based in Sleman, Yogyakarta.
- Certified in K3 Umum or related certifications is highly preferred.
