Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct quality control tests and inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Document and report quality issues and ensure timely resolution
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards
- Analyze test results and recommend improvements to quality processes
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality concerns
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Train and mentor junior quality control staff
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all quality control activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- Maximum age of 38 years old
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies and standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in quality control software and laboratory equipment
