Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections and tests on LED lighting components and finished products
- Identify, document, and report quality issues to production management and engineering teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective corrective actions
- Maintain accurate quality control documentation, including inspection reports and test results
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, industry regulations, and customer specifications
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes
- Train and mentor junior quality control staff on inspection procedures and quality standards
- Monitor production processes to prevent quality issues before they occur
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in quality control preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in LED lighting or electronics manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail with ability to identify defects during inspections
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for effective team collaboration
- Proficiency in using quality control tools, testing equipment, and inspection techniques
- Knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards (ISO 9001)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
