Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections of incoming fresh produce from suppliers
- Monitor and validate quality standards during processing, packaging, and storage phases
- Implement and maintain food safety protocols and hygiene standards
- Document quality control findings and prepare detailed inspection reports
- Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and establish corrective actions
- Train staff on quality control procedures and compliance requirements

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Agriculture, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in quality control or quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
- Proficiency in quality control testing methods and documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced logistics environments
