- Conduct comprehensive site visits and feasibility studies to identify suitable locations for new warehouses and drop points.
- Analyze market trends, property values, and accessibility to recommend optimal sites for operational expansion.
- Coordinate directly with local authorities and property owners to negotiate lease agreements and resolve zoning issues.
- Ensure all selected locations meet J&T Express’s strict operational, safety, and infrastructure standards.
- Maintain detailed records of site visits, property listings, and potential opportunities in a digital database.
- Collaborate closely with the operations and supply chain teams to align real estate strategies with business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in site selection, property management, or logistics coordination is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and the specific requirements for warehouse and drop point facilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) and the ability to travel extensively within the Jakarta Raya region.
- High level of adaptability and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
