We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Recruiter (RCT) to join our growing team in Pulo Gadung. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent to drive our organizational success. This position is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a passion for building high-performing teams.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiations and onboarding coordination. You will work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and implement effective strategies to meet our growth targets. We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong professional network, and a deep understanding of current recruitment trends and employment regulations in Indonesia.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Proactively source candidates using diverse channels, including job portals, professional networking sites, and social media.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database to ensure accurate reporting and pipeline management.
- Conduct reference checks and facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiation and contract drafting.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in an industrial or high-volume setting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, competency-based interviewing, and psychological assessment tools.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in Pulo Gadung, Jakarta Raya.
