Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening to onboarding of qualified candidates
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with universities and educational institutions for campus recruitment
- Design, implement, and evaluate employee training programs to enhance skills and performance
- Conduct job analysis and create compelling job descriptions to attract top talent
- Organize recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives
- Monitor training effectiveness and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Prepare recruitment and training reports for management review
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and skill gaps
Kualifikasi
- Maximum age 25 years old
- S1 degree in Psychology from a reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience in recruitment processes and training coordination preferred
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices
