Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening to onboarding of qualified candidates
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with universities and educational institutions for campus recruitment
  • Design, implement, and evaluate employee training programs to enhance skills and performance
  • Conduct job analysis and create compelling job descriptions to attract top talent
  • Organize recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives
  • Monitor training effectiveness and implement continuous improvement strategies
  • Prepare recruitment and training reports for management review
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and skill gaps

Kualifikasi

  • Maximum age 25 years old
  • S1 degree in Psychology from a reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in recruitment processes and training coordination preferred
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices
