Tanggung Jawab
- Source and attract qualified candidates for construction-related positions through various channels
- Screen resumes and conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and talent needs
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from application to onboarding
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for specialized construction roles
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and industry stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction or engineering
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and recruitment best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
