Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive medical care including diagnosis, treatment, and patient management in internal medicine
- Lead multidisciplinary clinical teams and coordinate patient care protocols
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and interpret diagnostic investigations
- Supervise and train junior medical staff and resident physicians
- Participate in clinical audits and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to hospital policies
- Engage in continuing medical education and research activities
Kualifikasi
- Medical degree (M.B.B.S or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians (MRCP) or equivalent qualification
- Valid registration with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC)
- Minimum 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in internal medicine
- Proven expertise in managing complex medical cases
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure clinical environments
