Gistex is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Staff Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Kabupaten Bandung. As a key player in our sales operations, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our textile product portfolio through strategic market analysis, effective sales execution, and the cultivation of long-term professional relationships with our valued buyers.
We are looking for a professional who understands the dynamics of the textile industry, possesses a sharp eye for market trends, and has the ability to translate those insights into measurable sales success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet market demand while maintaining the high standards of quality and service that define the Gistex brand.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly textile sales targets.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry competitors.
- Actively manage the sales cycle, from initial prospect outreach and product presentation to final contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and existing buyers to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team to influence product development and marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with the logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products and customer satisfaction.
- Organize and participate in trade exhibitions and client meetings to represent Gistex effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a Sales or Marketing role, preferably within the textile or manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding of market analysis techniques and sales performance metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- Highly organized, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Willing to be based in Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat.
