Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations and achievement of sales targets
- Manage and maintain customer relationship databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely solutions to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Support in the development and implementation of sales processes and systems
- Assist in monitoring sales performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing team productivity
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales support, administrative roles, or customer service positions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management principles
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is highly preferred
