Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure comprehensive compliance with OSS regulations for business registration and licensing
- Manage and update KBLI classifications to align with current business operations
- Oversee adherence to INSW standards for imported products and materials
- Implement and maintain SNI compliance across product offerings and services
- Conduct regular regulatory audits and risk assessments
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation and reporting systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate regulatory requirements
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise on necessary operational adjustments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in regulatory compliance (e-commerce focus preferred)
- Deep expertise in Indonesian OSS, KBLI, licensing, INSW, and SNI frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex regulations
- Excellent documentation and report preparation abilities
- Proven experience liaising with government regulatory bodies
- Proficiency in compliance management software and tools
- Certifications in regulatory compliance or quality management (ISO) preferred
