- Deliver outstanding customer service through product recommendations and efficient transaction processing
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all store areas
- Process payments accurately using POS systems while handling cash transactions
- Actively promote products, upselling opportunities, and special promotions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours
- Monitor store security and safety protocols
- Participate in inventory counts and stock reconciliation activities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing role
- Strong numerical skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and digital tools
- Physical stamina for standing and moving throughout shifts
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
