Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality hair styling and beauty services to clients following company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling and client registrations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and inquiries with a friendly attitude.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate service records.
- Promote salon services and retail products to enhance client experience and salon revenue.
Kualifikasi
- Passionate about the beauty and hair industry with a strong desire to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work well within a collaborative team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- For Stylists: Relevant experience or certification in hair styling is highly preferred.
- For Admin: Proficiency in basic computer applications and scheduling software is a plus.
