Multi Indomandiri is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Staff System & Continuous Improvement (Warehouse) to join our dynamic logistics team in Karawang. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our warehouse operations are not only data-driven but also constantly evolving toward maximum efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the accuracy of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and production data integration.
- Analyze warehouse operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with the IT and Production departments to troubleshoot system issues and implement software updates.
- Lead Kaizen or Lean projects aimed at reducing operational costs and improving turnaround times.
- Conduct regular audits of physical inventory against system records to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management regarding warehouse performance trends and improvement progress.
- Train warehouse staff on new system procedures and best practices for data entry and material handling.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, system administration, or continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, or similar ERP software.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Visualization).
- Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to be based in Karawang, West Java.
