Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives
- Develop data-driven employee engagement strategies to boost productivity and morale
- Facilitate leadership development workshops and performance management initiatives
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness metrics
- Create and manage internal communication campaigns for organizational culture
- Coordinate cross-functional talent development projects and events
- Utilize LMS platforms to track learning progress and generate insights
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in talent development or employee engagement
- Certification in instructional design or L&D (e.g., CPTD, CPLP) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HRIS and LMS platforms
- Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities for diverse audiences
- Proven track record of designing engaging learning experiences
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate business needs into training solutions
