Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations (e.g., PPh 21, PPh 23, PPN).
- Review and verify all tax documents and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with local laws.
- Assist in tax audit preparations and coordinate effectively with external tax consultants or auditors.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date tax database and filing system.
- Calculate employee income tax withholdings and generate accurate tax statements.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and update internal procedures accordingly.
- Provide guidance to other team members on tax-related inquiries and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in tax administration or accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Laws (UU HPP, UU PPh, etc.).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
