Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing staff
- Conduct training needs analysis across all departments to identify skill gaps
- Develop engaging learning materials including manuals, presentations, and e-learning content
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics
- Coordinate with department heads to align training with business objectives
- Manage training budgets and resources efficiently
- Stay updated on industry training trends and best practices
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in corporate training and development
- Certification in instructional design or adult learning preferred
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies and evaluation techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms and training software
- Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse departments
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
