Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and validate inventory levels for raw materials, packaging, and finished products
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams for stock replenishment
- Ensure proper storage conditions and handling of warehouse goods
- Support physical inventory audits and process improvements
- Adhere to safety protocols and warehouse operational standards
- Assist in optimizing warehouse space utilization and workflow efficiency
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certification in logistics/warehouse management
- Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse or inventory control experience
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in inventory management software or ERP systems
- Basic computer literacy with MS Office applications
- Ability to lift materials up to 20kg and work in varying warehouse conditions
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory methods preferred
