Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods
- Coordinate logistics activities including transportation scheduling, shipping documentation, and supplier coordination
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and optimal stock levels
- Oversee warehouse safety protocols and ensure compliance with OHS regulations
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain operational efficiency and team performance
- Analyze warehouse metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production planning to align material availability with manufacturing schedules
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of material handling equipment and safety procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a manufacturing setting
- Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for documentation and communication
