- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure stock accuracy
- Manage warehouse staff through training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Develop and optimize warehouse layout, processes, and safety protocols
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for seamless supply chain integration
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Prepare operational reports and key performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (WMS) and ERP software
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Expert knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and OHS standards
- Advanced analytical skills for process optimization
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CPIM/CSCP) preferred
