Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the registration and check-in process for job fair attendees and participating companies.
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for booth allocations and interview sessions during the event.
- Provide administrative support to the HR organizing committee, including preparing materials and briefing packs.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the registration desk and fair areas.
- Assist candidates in navigating the fair layout and directing them to relevant hiring managers.
- Update candidate databases and collect resumes for specific positions within Westports and partner companies.
- Handle inquiries regarding job requirements, benefits, and application procedures with a high level of professionalism.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malay.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic database management systems.
- Customer service-oriented attitude with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing schedules or requirements.
- Previous experience in event coordination or administrative support is an added advantage.
