As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing top talent and ensuring our clients receive the best candidates. We pride ourselves on our inclusive culture and commitment to employee well-being.
Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels including job boards and social media.
- Conducting initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle from job posting to offer letter.
- Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Coordinating interview schedules and providing a seamless candidate experience.
- Updating and maintaining candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Collaborating with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR administration is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and HR tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
