As a Financial Tech & Blended Account Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with a wide range of inquiries from account management to technical support. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound calls and emails from customers regarding financial technology products and blended accounts.
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Process transactions, including account updates, payments, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure quality and compliance.
- Upsell or cross-sell products and services where appropriate.
- Meet performance metrics including customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.
Kualifikasi
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage but not required – we provide training!
- Basic knowledge of financial technology or banking processes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work onsite in Mandaluyong (Shaw area) and in shifting schedules.
