Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and online chat regarding streaming platform account issues and technical difficulties.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system.
- Adhere to established call scripts and quality assurance guidelines to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to share knowledge and improve support processes.
- Stay updated on product features and troubleshooting procedures to assist customers effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a graduate of any Bachelor's Degree (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate web browsers and applications.
- Proactive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Willingness to be assigned to the UP Ayala office.
