Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with clinical standards and hospital policies.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, medical history, and treatment progress accurately.
- Administer medications and perform clinical procedures as prescribed by attending physicians.
- Provide patient and family education regarding health management and post-discharge care.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare staff to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Maintain a safe, hygienic, and organized clinical environment to ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and take decisive action as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Must possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) from the Malaysian Nursing Board.
- At least 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in local dialects is an added advantage.
- Compassionate, professional demeanor with a strong commitment to ethical nursing practices.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or advanced cardiac life support certifications are highly preferred.
