In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering world-class patient care, ensuring clinical excellence, and upholding the highest standards of safety and comfort for our diverse patient population.
As an SRN at KPJ Healthcare, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists to provide comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in compliance with hospital standards and clinical protocols.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform diagnostic tests with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and allied health staff, to optimize patient recovery pathways.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.
- Provide patient and family education regarding post-discharge care and treatment regimens.
- Ensure a sterile, organized, and safe environment for all patients on the ward.
- Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies or changes in patient conditions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Must hold a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and be registered with the Malaysia Nursing Board (MNB).
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in a ward setting; experience in a multidisciplinary environment is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate empathetically with patients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (knowledge of other local dialects is an added advantage).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in rotating shifts.
