Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality clinical nursing care to patients in accordance with established hospital protocols and standards.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions promptly to the medical team.
- Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and other treatments as prescribed by attending physicians.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and nursing care plans using the hospital information system.
- Prepare patients for examinations or treatments and assist doctors during medical procedures.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients by adhering to strict infection control and safety policies.
- Provide emotional support and health education to patients and their family members regarding post-treatment care.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless patient recovery and service excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Must be a State Registered Nurse with the Malaysian Nursing Board (MNB).
- Possess a valid and current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting is preferred, though high-performing fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willingness to work on a shift rotation basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong sense of responsibility, compassion, and a commitment to patient safety.
- Post-basic certification in a specialized field would be an added advantage.
