We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Station Head to lead our operations in General Trias, Cavite. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the station, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
- Manage and mentor a team of service crew, conducting performance reviews, training, and scheduling.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, fuel handling regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and minimize wastage to control operational costs.
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to meet or exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Coordinate with the regional office for reporting, audits, and the implementation of promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Applicants with prior experience in retail management, customer service, or supervisory roles are preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated leadership potential, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Willing to be assigned in General Trias, Cavite.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends.
