We are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Station Head to lead our operations in Nangka, Marikina. As a Station Head, you will be the face of our service station, responsible for overseeing daily business activities, ensuring world-class customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, managing our team, and fostering a positive brand image within the local Marikina community.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily station operations, including fuel dispensing, lubricant sales, and convenience store management.
- Manage, coach, and supervise a team of service station attendants to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate fuel deliveries to ensure consistent availability for customers.
- Ensure strict adherence to company safety protocols, environmental regulations, and site maintenance standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase customer loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain excellent service ratings.
- Prepare accurate daily sales reports, cash deposits, and operational documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates of any four-year degree, preferably in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong leadership potential with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customer segments.
- Proactive, highly organized, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and digital reporting tools.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Marikina City or nearby areas.
