Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily operations of the fuel station and convenience store.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of service staff to ensure high performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and minimize waste.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently to maintain brand reputation.
- Manage financial reports, including daily collections and petty cash.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any related field (Open to fresh graduates).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use POS systems.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid Driver’s License is an advantage.
