As a Station Head, you will be the face of SeaOil in your community, ensuring that our customers receive top-tier service while managing the day-to-day operations of the station. You will lead a team of dedicated staff, oversee inventory management, and ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the overall daily operations of the gas station including sales, inventory, and facility maintenance.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of station staff to ensure high service standards and operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to minimize waste and optimize product availability.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Track sales performance and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Open to Fresh Graduates (Bachelor's degree holders are preferred).
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, or sales is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including holidays and weekends.
