Join Cramoil Service Station as a Station Manager and lead the daily operations of our high-traffic petrol facility. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily station operations including fuel dispensing, car wash services, and convenience store activities
- Manage staff scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate supplier deliveries, and conduct stock reconciliation
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and implement service improvement initiatives
- Manage financial transactions, cash handling, and daily sales reporting
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to boost revenue and customer retention
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or fuel station management
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Strong knowledge of petrol industry regulations and safety standards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software
- Basic financial management skills including cash handling and reconciliation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
