Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the petrol station, including fuel dispensing, convenience store sales, and service bay operations.
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of cashiers, pump attendants, and sales assistants to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and merchandising for the convenience store and other retail products.
- Handle cash management procedures, daily sales reconciliation, and banking deposits.
- Enforce strict compliance with safety, health, environmental, and company standard operating procedures.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare operational reports, and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in retail, fast food, or operations management is highly preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong leadership potential and a keen interest in retail management are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken).
