Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily station operations including staff scheduling, shift management, and workflow optimization
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Manage inventory control for fuel stock and retail merchandise
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain service quality standards
- Train and develop team members to enhance operational efficiency
- Prepare daily operational reports and financial reconciliations
- Coordinate maintenance activities and facility upkeep
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in retail or fuel station operations
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Knowledge of safety protocols and environmental compliance standards
- Proficiency in inventory management and basic accounting principles
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma; college degree preferred
- Certified in first aid and fire safety is advantageous
